8. Order Inspection Policy

To ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer the option to check your parcel before making payment to the rider.
Please note the following conditions:
- Customers are advised to open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
- If the rider does not allow inspection, or the customer forgets to check on the spot, the customer must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel without any cuts or edits.
- If the parcel is opened after the rider leaves and without a video recording, Antique Wear Store will not be held responsible for any claims regarding wrong, missing, or damaged items.
